TUITION COSTS: Our 30 minute classes are $32.00 and our 45 minute classes are $42.00. A 10% discount is available if tuition is paid for the year in full on or before September 1st. Tuition is due monthly from September through May and is due on the first lesson of each month. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards. Please make checks payable to Simply Dance. We will not accept any late tuition payments after the last day of dance or on the day of dress rehearsal. All payments for tuition must be paid on or before the last day of dance. There are no refunds for missed lessons and tuition remains the same regardless of how many weeks are in a month.

LATE FEE: A $20.00 Late Fee will be charged for any payments not made in full by the 15th of the month. If your account is 45 days past due, your child will no longer be able to participate in class.

RETURNED CHECKS: We charge $25.00 for any returned check. If we receive two or more returned checks on your account, all future payments must be made by cash, debit/credit card, or money order. Checks will no longer be an accepted form of payment.

PARENT PORTAL: Each family will have a portal to process payments, register for classes, etc. It if your responsibility to keep all info (contact info, payment info, etc.) up to date. You can sign up or log in on our website by clicking the Parent Portal tab. Please contact simplydancenc@gmail.com with any questions about your portal and/or account info.

COSTUMES: All students are required to have a costume per class (except gymnastics) to wear in our annual recital. All costumes are chosen, sized and ordered by the class instructor. A $25.00 deposit (per costume) is required with October and November tuition. The remaining balance will be due with December tuition. All costumes must be paid for in full before they will be ordered. All costume payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that your costume is misplaced, lost, or you want to exchange for another size, after 15 days, you will be charged a costume exchange fee as well as the costumes original cost plus shipping.

DANCE ATTIRE: Appropriate dance attire and dance shoes are required for all classes. Simply Dance will provide a shoe requirements list for each class. All dance shoes should be labeled with your student's name. Simply Dance will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

STUDIO INFORMATION: All important dates and other pertinent information will be emailed, posted in the studio lobby on the bulletin board. Please take the time to read and review all available information. Please be sure to provide us with an email address that you check daily. We ask that students and parents conduct themselves in an appropriate manner while at Simply Dance and any event in which Simply Dance is being represented. Any dance routine or choreography from the current dance year cannot be performed or used in any pageants, competitions, talent shows, parades, or other public events, etc. We appreciate your understanding concerning this matter. Simply Dance and its employees will not be involved in any type of personal or legal issues of a court based manner.

There will be no makeup classes and/or refunds given for cancelled classes due to hazardous weather beyond our control.

The studio is closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

GENERAL RULES: All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class. No food or drinks other than water is allowed inside the studio. NO EXCEPTIONS! No running, playing, or climbing on the furniture in the lobby. No cell phones OR smart watches are allowed to be used during class time. We ask that these items be placed in their dance bag and turned off until class time is over. No parents, friends, or siblings are allowed in the classroom at any time. This is for the benefit of your dancer. They will learn more if we have their complete attention. Please discuss these rules with your dancers! Thank you!
